**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers and electrical systems.
- Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
- Oversee residential painting projects as required.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior maintenance staff.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure mínimal disruption during maintenance activities.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems.
- Proficiency in electrical experience, including the use of tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and standards.
- Experience in supervising teams or projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese & English, both verbal and written.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring satisfaction during all interactions.
