JR66011 INSPECTOR, SPC/METRO (Evergreen)

As SPC/Metro Inspector, you are responsible in performing daily routine in order to fulfil the defined SPC or metro inspection.

**Responsibilities**:
**Performer of quality and inspection routines**
- Manage basic lot operation at SPC/metro processes (eg. load/unload the lot, scan the lot for traceability as well, sample collection & etc. )
- Operate SPC/metro equipment/tools as well attempts to machine alarms
- Ensure machine status is logged accurately; Monitor equipment/tool performance discrepancies and escalate to supervisor or support team if any abnormality
- Perform SPC or metro operation/inspection according to defined schedule and sampling size
- Enter inspection data into system accurately including lot traceability
- Responsible in 6S at own work are/workstation to ensure 6S tip top condition at any time

**Contribute to a Quality first and **safe work environment**
- Follow and comply to defined procedure to ensure full compliance at work
- Follow and comply to safety procedures and area work rules (including use of proper PPE and chemical safety)
- Be sensitive to any abnormality; feedback to on any suspicious or abnormality
- Identify area of improvement, make suggestions to increase quality and efficiency of processes as well to prevent any non-compliance/non-conformance products

**Foster teamwork and self-discipline to improve work **efficiency**
- Demonstrate sense of urgency to support and complete allocated task
- Able to support coverage during break or rest day as necessary
- Be discipline and adhere to HR policy. Always communicate with supervisor for any planned or unplanned attendance.

Qualification
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Preferable with 1 year experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing environment and quality-relevant functions
- Able to communicate and understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work on 12 hours rotating shift.
