Foreman

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team towards achieving production goals.
- Assign work to employees, based on material or worker requirements of specific jobs.
- Responsible for quality of work and proper care of assigned equipment.
- Report any accidents/incidents to Manager.
- Read specifications and construction drawings to determine construction requirements.
- Knowledgeable with FL811 policies and locate buried conduit, cabling, and piping.
- Locate, measure, and mark site locations/placement of conduit and structures, using measuring and marking equipment.
- Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities.
- Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
- Clearly communicate with manager, personnel, contractors, and/or customers.
- Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Operate mini-excavator to dig trenches to desired or required depths with proper slopes and backfilling activities.
- Construct and install pipeline systems for natural gas pipeline using heat [Butt] fusion.
- Verify specifications by performing quality assurance tests.
- Inspect and test pipe systems for leaks.
- Maintain documentation per specification requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
