**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of KYC analysts to ensure daily SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements are met.
- Oversee end-to-end KYC operations including onboarding, periodic reviews, and client due diligence (CDD).
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and risk guidelines.
- Handle escalations and provide expert-level support on complex KYC cases.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor productivity, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory position.
- Strong understanding of AML regulations, KYC documentation, and risk classifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven mindset.
- Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Prior experience working in a BPO or financial services environment is an advantage.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
