Summary

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (eg: HACCP) or relevant certifications.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a professional Chinese kitchen with at least some time in luxury hotel or fine-dining setting.
- Strong expertise in Chinese steaming techniques including dim sum, seafood and other steamed delicacies.
