- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Customer or equivalent.

**Responsibilities**:

- To carry out essential sales coordination and support
- To support sales team to adhere to the sales.
- Follow up outstanding orders/ inquiry.
- Respond promptly customer’s inquiry and concerns.
- Communicating and coordinate well with inter department, customer and supplier.
- To prepare purchase orders upon receiving customer’s PO
- To ensure the purchased material received as per delivery schedule, and report material discrepancy to supplier.
- To ensure the purchase price is at competitive cost.
- To source for new supplier with better price.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate orders and delivery.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior as required from time to time.
