**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake testing activities for a variety of projects in a complex IT environment, including test execution, monitoring and reporting, and input into test planning.
- Lead a team of testers, provide competent guidance to test team members, and work well both as a member of a team and individually.
- Provide input into test scoping, planning, analysis and estimation activities for projects.
- Work unsupervised, take responsibility for own tasks and prioritisation of work, show initiative and self
- motivation.
- Demonstrate a high level of experience in undertaking technical testing activities for multiple projects in a complex IT environment.
- Have an ability to provide competent guidance to test team members, and work well both as a member of a team and individually.
- Possess very good oral and written communication skills, including sound liaison skills and the ability to contribute to training of other testers and relevant staff.
- Analyses software test results and recommends a course of action, if necessary, to ensure that performance standards demanded by the organization are maintained.
- Define and distribute a series of daily status reports / progressive reports for the test result to QA Manager.
- Use of management tools (ALM QC, JIRA, test management tools) to manage, execute and collect test results.

**Skills and Experience**:

- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have experience managing 5 - 6 team members.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Well versed in designing the test approach of multiple products. Positive working attitude and able to work independently in a team environment.
- Confident and professional with the ability to demonstrate high levels of customer service.
- Experience in Micro Focus ALM, LoadRunner, UFT will be added advantage.
