Indoor Playground Attendant

**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out open and close cash activities - ensuring the cash register/POS balances according to the park's policies.
- Daily opening and closing of the playground (including cleaning the sandpits and ballpit as scheduled)
- Introducing and making sales for the playground packages (entrance & events).
- Greeting guests, processing payments, explaining playground rules, and checking in with the guests regarding their experience
- Upholding safety measures and cleanliness of the playground.
- Attending to needs, and adhering to best practices when interacting with children and parents.
- Maintaining transparent communications with management and the team at all times
- Resolving guest issues and updating supervisors on inventory.

**Requirements**:

- No prior work experience is required but preferred.
- Proficiency in English or Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory. (additional proficiency in other languages would be desirable but optional)
- Able to compose regular reports and correspondence.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (i.e Microsoft tools)
- Capacity to comprehend the functionalities of the registration system (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-energy environments

A great deal of attention is needed for the children for this job. Some physical demands are needed to operate the specific cleaning & sanitizing machines for the sandpit and ball pit regularly as per the company schedule.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
