Prod Supervisor

Responsible to ensure that the mold is properly set-up.
- to maintain and continual improvement the production process.
- To initiate problem-solving and troubleshooting activities/processes to reduce production-related problems and delays.
- To maintain good 5S and safety on the production floor.
- To ensure the production target is achieved.
- To ensure the records are properly kept and well maintained. Conduct shift briefing and training of leader/operator.
- To supervisor and control manpower efficiency.
- To conduct mold trial and coordinate with the project team on new FA sample submission.
- Ensure all machines are well maintained and recorded after daily, weekly and monthly maintenance.
- Ensure all operators are complying with Safety and Environmental regulations all the time during working hours (wearing PPE and follow disposing of Schedule waste)

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
