**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Executive, Service Specialist (Admin) to join our service organization. This role focuses on providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations. **Main Responsibilities**: - Assist with branch openings, letter preparations, and other administrative tasks. - Handle inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. - Monitor and provide feedback on organizational issues. - Liaise closely with other departments to ensure resolution. - Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company standard operating procedures. - Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management and support daily service organization operations. **Requirements**: - Possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, or any equivalent field. - No minimum working experience required. - Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Business Administration or Business Studies. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Self-motivated and willing to learn. **BENEFITS** - Birthday Leave - Staff Discount - Healthy Allowance: medical check-ups, purchasing spectacles, dental treatments, massages and spa sessions, as well as acquiring Vitamin A-E and probiotics products. **LOCATION** **CUCKOO International (MAL) Sdn Bhd** Level 14, Subplace Boulevard, Pusat Komersil Vestland, No. 6, Jalan Juruanalisis U1/35, Seksyen U1, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor. **Working Hours**: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM OR 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month **Benefits**: - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development - Vision insurance Schedule: - Fixed shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Application Question(s): - How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
