**We’re Hiring: Junior Baker / Trainee Baker at Breadly Made**

At Breadly Made, we believe every great baker starts with curiosity, hard work, and a love for the craft. We’re looking for a **Junior Baker / Trainee Baker** to join our team — someone eager to learn, grow, and be part of the daily rhythm of our bakery. This role is all about assisting in operations while gaining hands-on experience in the art and science of baking.

**What You’ll Do**
- Assist senior bakers in daily bread, cake, and pastry preparation
- Support with weighing, mixing, shaping, and baking under supervision
- Learn baking techniques, recipe execution, and kitchen best practices
- Help with quality checks to ensure consistency and freshness
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the bakery
- Assist with inventory management (ingredients, tools, and equipment)

- No prior experience required — just passion and a willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in baking as a craft and openness to developing long-term skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
