Project Manager

**Your responsibilities are**:

- 1. Budgeting and Timeline_
a) Directs technological research by studying client goals, strategies, standard practices and user experience.
b) Work closely with Service Delivery Manager and Business Analyst to determine the timeline and costing of the project.
c) Do planning for project scope, time, cost and risk to estimate budget for hiring the
outsourcing team.
d) Set project timeline with outsourcing team.
e) Plan resources according to the project timeline.
f) Establish project quality to client.
g) Sync the communication channels between stakeholders, outsourcing team and
internal team.
h) Involve in allocation of manpower including external project teams, freelancers,
ongoing maintenance staff and client’s 3rd party vendor
- 2. Procurement Activity_
a) Assists to filter outsourcer’s background which proposed by Human Resources
Department:

- Outsourcer’s tech stack requirement
- Tech stack requirement for each team member
- Request demo or any other information when necessary for the project assign
b) Identify, review and propose selection of vendors or consultants to meet project needs
- 3. Outsourcing Team’s Project Agreement_

a) Discuss and determine the terms and conditions in the agreement between the
Company and outsourcing team:

- Payment terms
- Team member’s work scope
- Project process flow including project management method, handling new
requirements, handling servers, handover, warranty and quality assurance
- Timeline consideration such as handling delay timeline by client or internal team
- 4. Onboarding Preparation_
a) Handle onboarding process from acceptance of project till commencement of project
b) Brief the established communication channels with the outsourcing team
c) Revise and improve onboarding process from time to time to make future onboarding process smoother and better
- 5. Project Execution_
a) Iteration planning and manage product backlog
b) Monitor and ensure the deliverables are correct and error free and focus on quality
from the beginning till the end of the project.
c) Submit weekly and monthly report which covers risk analyzing, confirmation of project cost, time and scope.
d) Attend daily stand-up meeting with outsourcing team to understand their previous
progress and also their upcoming task schedule.
e) Monitoring project team performance to ensure the team deliver a quality project on time.
f) Update the performance issue to Human Resources department if the outsourcing
team not perform well.
g) Ensure timely updating of the project procedures such as changing request, bug fixing or corrections.
i) Showcases the product demo and obtain feedback and approval from client after each development sprints
j) Responsible to monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects and
report the project progress to Service Delivery Manager from time to time.
- 6. Closing_
a) Responsible to close contract with the outsourcing team by award acceptance
completion of project to outsourcing team after job delivery to clients.
b) Appraising the outsourcing team’s job results and update the outsourcing team’s
performance to Human Resources Department.
c) Responsible to summarize the experience and lesson learned from the project upon
completion of project.
d) Propose the revision of terms and conditions in the agreement after experience with
the outsourcing team.
e) Responsible to close submit a final reporting.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
1. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
preferably Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
Professional Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology / Project
Management or equivalent.
3. Certification in **PMI or PMI-RMP** would be an advantage.
4. Familiar with cloud computing, database especially **MySQL, Linux, Ubuntu and Laravel, framework.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM11,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
