Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate in Company Management Expenses data and journals preparation with precise, accurate details in and timely manner.
- Assist in the production of basic commentaries for monthly performance slides and relevant segment-level reporting.
- Contribute to the development of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and regular variance analyses, along with additional ad hoc reporting.
- Track and record all expenses and monitor budgeting activities promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Perform basic financial analysis on Management Expenses data to highlight potential areas of concern.
- Provide support to key stakeholders by acting as a contact point for any queries relating to financial information or trends.
- Drive continuous improvements to financial processes and systems, boosting efficiency and accuracy by automating the reporting procedures and thorough review of existing protocols.
- Support specific projects that contribute to improving the overall efficiency of the planning process.
- Utilizing SAP/BI tools to offer insightful business dashboard analytics.
- Conduct prompt ad hoc business reporting and analysis when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or finance
- 1- 2 years of experience in mass data management (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Great in analytical problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SAP/BI tools would be an advantage.
