**Position: Sales Advisor**

**Location**: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
**Startup Capital**: RM3,000 - RM10,000 (upon achieving sales targets)
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Working Days**: Monday - Friday (Flexible)

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and concerns
- Provide professional advice on life insurance, takaful, and investment products
- Design customized financial plans to help clients achieve their objectives
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Effectively communicate product value and solutions to meet client needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and secure new leads through TikTok (live and ads), Instagram, Facebook, referrals, and networking events
- Organize and host seminars, workshops, and financial webinars to attract potential clients
- Utilize creative digital marketing strategies to expand reach and influence
- Provide follow-up services, including claim management and policy reviews
- Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries and additional needs
- Adhere to company compliance standards and industry regulations
- Prepare daily sales reports to track performance and monitor goals
- Plan and follow a structured sales strategy to meet individual and agency targets

**Job Requirements**
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
- Digital marketing and social media experience is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
