**Summary**:

- Providing support within operations finance by supporting reports and dashboards, expanding on existing metrics, as well as continuous review for data
- Primarily focus on managing data in from multiple data sources (Excel or Financial systems) to support generation of various analytics reports and reporting

**Key responsibilities**
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets and databases in Smartsheet or Excel to track financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to present key financial insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Use and continuously seek out creative and innovative methods and best practices, sharing with the team.
- Ability to automate reporting/ analysis tasks
- Analytical, and technically proficient with a strong desire to solve problems
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects as required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or possess a professional qualification recognized by MIA
- Knowledge of other tools like MS Access, Oracle, Tableau and other MIS tools
- Proficiency with BI visualization tool (i.e. tableau)
