Assist in liaise with customer on their shipment needs and attend to customer inquiries.
- Open job folders, prepare shipping documents e.g. Consignment Note, D/O, Shipping Note, S.I., Manifest and Customs Form.
- Prepare shipping notes and delivery order for cargo sending to warehouse / port.
- Assist in advise and confirm to customer cargoes on board date.
- Sorting & checking the documents in a complete set before passing to EDI Clerk to submit to custom for approval.
- Ensure Delivery order from own drivers or 3rd party are returned timely and enclosed into job folder.
- Checking job folders to ensure all charges accurately captured into the system.
- Prepares accurate invoices to customers, sorting and send to customer on timely manner.
- Issue and confirm transaction in UFS system and close job on timely manner.

Requirement
- SPM / STPM, credit Math
- Temporary contract for 3 Month
- Can work extra hours

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
