We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-oriented **Night Shift Supervisor** to lead our café operations during night hours. You will be in charge of supervising the night crew, ensuring smooth café operations, handling and running the POS system, and delivering excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support the night shift team in daily operations
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Operate and manage the POS system, including cash and card transactions
- Ensure food and beverages are prepared according to café standards
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining, kitchen, and storage areas
- Perform closing duties and ensure everything is in order before shift ends
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally
- Report any issues (equipment, stock, or customer) to management
- Train and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service

- _Kendalikan sistem POS untuk urus jualan tunai & kad dengan betul_
- _Pastikan makanan & minuman disediakan ikut standard kafe_
- _Cek stok dan top up barang bila perlu_
- _Jaga kebersihan kafe - termasuk dapur dan kawasan makan_
- _Buat kerja-kerja penutup kafe sebelum habis syif_
- _Selesaikan masalah atau aduan pelanggan dengan cara baik_
- _Lapor apa-apa isu dekat boss - contohnya barang rosak atau customer komplen_
- _Bantu train & beri semangat dekat team supaya kerja lebih bagus_

**Requirements and Skills**
- Proven experience in F&B or customer service (supervisory role preferred)
- Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Skilled in handling POS systems and daily sales reconciliation
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team management abilities
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods

- _Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang F&B atau perkhidmatan pelanggan (pengalaman sebagai penyelia adalah satu kelebihan)_
- _Boleh bekerja pada syif malam, hujung minggu dan cuti umum_
- _Mahir dalam mengendalikan sistem POS dan penyelarasan jualan harian_
- _Mempunyai kemahiran kepimpinan, organisasi, dan penyelesaian masalah yang baik_
- _Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dan mampu mengurus pasukan dengan berkesan_
- _Menepati masa, boleh dipercayai dan teliti dalam menjalankan tugas_
- _Cergas dan mampu bekerja dalam tempoh masa yang panjang secara fizikal_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
