**Customer Service Representative**

**Samsung Authorized Service Center (One Mobile Care SDN BHD)**
**The Garden Mall, Mid Valley City, KL**

**Responsibilities**.
- Handle customer service on-site
- Resolve customer problem and issue
- Do admin and any related task

**Requirement**
- Minimum SPM
- Speak Malay and English
- Willing to learn & start from below
- Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment
- Fresh grads are encourage to apply
- Experience in customer service is a huge advantages

**Salary Range**:RM2000 - RM3000
