**Position: Accounts Manager**

**Location: Sungai Petani, Kedah**
**Salary: RM6,000 - RM10,000**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting**

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports.
- **General Ledger Management**

Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the general ledger and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**

Assist in budget preparation, monitor performance, and explain variances.
- **Compliance and Auditing**

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and coordinate audits.
- **Team Leadership**

Supervise and develop accounting staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**

Manage invoicing, payments, and cash flow.
- **System Management**

Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes.
- **Internal Controls**

Develop and update policies to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
- **Strategic Planning**

Provide financial insights to support business strategies.
- **Communication**

Clearly communicate financial information to stakeholders and collaborate with other departments.

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- Minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting and related fields.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years working experience.
- ACCA Certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is highly advantageous.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sungai Petani: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 5 years (required)

- Mandarin (required)
