As a Backend Developer, you will be managing the exchange of data between the server and the users. You will be focused on the development of all server-side logic, maintenance, and definition of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for the integration of the front-end elements.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with front-end developers.
- Define and communicate technical and design requirements.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Provide training and support to internal teams
- Learn about new technologies and stay up to date with current best practices.
- Conduct UI tests and optimize performance.
- Train, help, and support other team members.
- Oversee and participate in the development and implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Min 4 years of experience with programming (.NET C#, jQuery, SQL,.NET Entity Framework)
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on backend web development experience.
- Proficient knowledge of a backend programming language and an in-depth understanding of web development.
- Proven experience creating user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Capability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Ability to set up, administer backups, data migration, transformation, and scripting.

**Additional Requirement**:
Knowledge and Skill in Blockchain Technology

As a Backend Developer with knowledge of crypto finance and related technologies, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of secure and efficient financial systems using blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Your expertise in integrating crypto wallets, facilitating seamless transactions, and ensuring the highest level of security in crypto-related operations will be instrumental in driving our projects forward.
