As a Management Trainee, you'll undergo comprehensive training, starting in the Sales department and rotating through key business functions, gaining valuable experience in sales and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Engage with clients through sales visits and prospecting to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
- **Product Demonstration**: Present logistics solutions, highlighting key value propositions and competitive advantages.
- **Client Engagement**: Promote offers, discounts, and campaigns to drive business growth.
- **Market Research & Strategy**: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and support marketing strategies.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring**: Track sales performance and collaborate with the team to meet targets.
- **Team Collaboration**: Contribute to team discussions and share marketing and sales insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Fresh graduates and individuals with mínimal experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
