- Melakukan penjualan dan pemasaran untuk mempromosikan perlindungan nyawa / perubatan
- Menyediakan jualan berdasarkan keperluan dan maklumat mengenai faedah takaful
- Membantu pelanggan memproses sebarang tuntutan dan pertanyaan
