**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression.
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, addressing them with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests, including Housekeeping and Maintenance and Food & Beverage
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of guest payments.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle guest interactions effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding prompt and satisfactory solutions.
- Proficiency in operating computer systems, including reservation and billing software. Opera system is an advantage.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
