**Overview**

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Field Visit Officer who will be responsible for evaluating current programs, using insights obtained to steer and supervise the deployment of new programs. This position will be required to construct evaluative frameworks, liaise with stakeholders on the ground, and devise data-driven undertakings that fully align with our stated aims. This position engages in iterative endeavor with precision to promote beneficence.

**Duties**:

- Inspect customers’ address accordingly.
- Confer with Unit Heads and Business Operations Team to evaluate visitation.
- Update Unit Heads on successful visitation.
- Collect information where possible, for subsequent inspection.
- Input data into suitable software and arrange this to facilitate analysis.
- Extract and report on data-driven conclusions for each salient undertaking.
- Execute efficient and effective field visit procedures.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma holder from relevant field.
- Completion of a formal, industry-specific training program.
- Demonstrable experience as a field officer.
- Proficient in relevant data storage and analysis software.
- Strong communication skills (i.e., negotiation skills, relationship-building abilities).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
