Job description:
1. Provide technical support to OEM customers & factories who purchase the company's electronic car accessories.

2. Troubleshoot any technical issues & ensure company's products work well with customer's vehicles.

3. Visit clients regularly & update management on any issues encountered.

4. Handle warranty issues & repair faulty equipment.

5. Manage spare parts for company products.

6. Handle any other assignment given by management.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.

2. Minimum 1 year working experience in a company dealing with any type of electronic car accessories such as audio player, GPS, Android video player, car camera, sensors, car speakers, etc.

3. Languages: able to speak English, Mandarin and Malay.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
