**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Deliver Engaging Lessons**
- Design and deliver dynamic, interactive lessons that encourage student participation and creativity.
- Build positive connections with students and colleagues, creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

**2. Effective Classroom Management**
- Utilize strong classroom management skills to create productive, organized learning environments.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and proficiency levels in virtual classrooms.

**3. Curriculum Development and Evaluation**
- Contribute to curriculum design and refinement, providing insights for continuous improvement of our programs.
- Engage in lesson evaluations and assessments to enhance student learning outcomes.

**4. Documentation and Record Keeping**
- Prepare detailed schemes of work, lesson plans, and notes for each class.
- Maintain up-to-date student records, including assessment results and progress reports.

**5. Student Support and Guidance**
- Provide guidance and encouragement to support students in their academic and personal development.
- Offer constructive feedback to help students improve and stay motivated in their language journey.

**6. Administrative Participation**
- Take part in school events, marketing activities, and other administrative functions as needed.
- Perform tasks and responsibilities professionally as directed by the Head of Institution.

**Requirements**:
**1. Educational Qualifications**
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certifications, or a diploma in Education, English, or Applied Linguistics.

**2. Teaching Experience**
- Teaching experience in a multilingual environment is highly preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for teaching are also welcome.

**3. Language Skills**
- Proficiency in English is essential. Familiarity with IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) is an advantage.

**4. Nationality**
- Only Malaysian applicants are eligible for this position.
