**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead the Team**:
Oversee daily operations and guide our amazing crew to provide the best play experience for every child.

**Create Exciting Content**:
Manage and create fun, engaging content across all social media platforms to promote Joyland and attract families.

**Innovate & Inspire**:
Develop new and exciting activities and events that spark creativity and joy in kids. Think outside the box to keep them entertained

**Shop Management**:
Ensure smooth operation of the shop area—from inventory to customer service—making sure everything runs like clockwork.

**Be the Face of Fun**:
Interact with customers, ensure their experiences are memorable, and keep them excited to return

Someone who can come up with new ideas, activities, and promotions that make Joyland the go-to place for families

**Social Media Savvy**:
Manage Joyland’s online presence, creating engaging posts that get our followers excited to visit.
