Protegee Trainee

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree graduate
- 1 year of experience in performing Supply Chain or Purchasing or Finance functions is preferred
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Excel
- Organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented

**Responsibilities**:Commercial Supply Chain **- to assist in the following:

- Shipment marking - mapping shipping document
- Arranging meetings
- Preparing and routing Stock Conversion Form and Request for Repackaging Form for approval
- Coordinating Stock Write-Off including preparing & routing Write-off Form for approval. Monthly reporting of estimated write-off risk.
- Monitoring Weekly Performance KPI of System for Launch and Change Implementation workflow completeness and following through with the responsible function
- Facilitating stock code creation in coordination with Distributor
- Facilitating stock code creation in the FuturCast system
- Tracking of incoming shipment status
- Identify root cause of Complaint cases, monitoring and updating of Complaint Tracker
- Replenishment planning & monitoring of branch stock transfer
- Update shipment planning, monitoring and following-up of products release status under NDMA testing
- Monitoring and reviewing Customer Service Level Report from the Distributor by verifying non-fulfilment root caused
- Processing of Credit Note/Debit Note settlement
- Other tasks that are assigned from time to time

**Purchasing -** to assist in the following:

- Updating of catalogue items in weBuy - request updated pricing from vendors, pricing comparison, and upload in weBuy
- Monitoring and tracking service agreement, including checking of validity
- Reviewing vendor master data to determine active and inactive vendors
- Consolidation and documentation of sourcing decision
- Spend reporting
- Monitoring and compiling Purchasing Non-Compliance Forms / Purchasing Exception Forms by employee
- Compiling Supplier Performance Evaluation
- Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption Screening process
- Checking and releasing blocked vendors/blocked PO considering the sanctioned party list
- Other tasks that are assigned from time to time
