Responsible for the technical support (PC Hardware, Software and Server) used by the company.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
- Responding to breakdowns
- Solving password problems
- Maintains anti-virus software and supports information security protocols
- Assist in setup of desktop, laptop and installation of Microsoft Software
- Develop user guide and update documentations
- Create, maintain and troubleshoot backup processes. Take proactive measures and corrective actions for system backup, database backup and file backup
- Inventory and asset management of hardware, software, licenses, to keep track of inventories and ensure compliance with legal and audit requirements.
- Sources and coordinates with vendors on IT equipment’s services, solutions and maintenance

**Job Requirement**
- At least Diploma/ Degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, network security, server management is added advantage
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Good team player and proactive thinker
- Positive working attitude with good learning spirit and able to work independently

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
