Administrative Duties

- **Student Discipline and Welfare**:
- Address disciplinary issues, implementing appropriate measures to maintain a positive school environment.
- Work with students, parents, and staff to resolve conflicts and provide guidance on behavioral issues.
- Monitor student attendance and work to improve rates of regular attendance.
Educational Leadership
- **Curriculum and Instruction**:
- Support the principal in the development and implementation of the school curriculum.
- Assist teachers in creating effective lesson plans and integrating best teaching practices.
- Ensure the curriculum meets state and federal education standards.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:
- Oversee student assessments and evaluations.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and work with teachers to address these areas.
- **Special Programs and Services**:
- Coordinate special education services and support for students with special needs.
- Oversee extracurricular activities and enrichment programs.
Community Engagement
- **Parent and Community Relations**:
- Foster strong relationships with parents and the broader community.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, school events, and policy changes.
- Organize and participate in school events and meetings with parents and community members.
