**Job Title**: Mandarin Speaker (Freshers to 3 Years Experience)

**Location**: [ KL And Penang ]

**Salary**: 4,500+Shift allowance + KPI MYR per month

**Shift**: Night Shift & Rotational Shifts

**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality customer support in Mandarin, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Handle and process customer requests and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer accurate information.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving departmental goals.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Freshers to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule.
- Basic proficiency in English is preferred.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using standard office software and systems.
