Café Supervisor

We are looking for Cafe Supervisor to join the team. Supervisor oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. They train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Reports to Café Manager on daily operation.
- Lead Front of House Team Members in the absent of Cafe Manager.
- Assisting Café Manager in Roster planning that reflects on business needs.
- Overseeing food and beverage presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Conduct monthly stock take and cross check with system.
- Ensuring all workstations are cleaned and sanitised.
- Working with Waiters to ensure all equipment are washed and polished before breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
- Keeping all bar counters, glassware clean and polished.
- Does good receiving and quality inspection.
- Monitoring the café ’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
- Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills. Able to communicate in English, Malay. Other languages are welcome
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- The ideal applicant must have full working rights in Malaysia.
- Must be willing to work in Genting Highland, Pahang.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
