Takaful Consultant
- Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new takaful contracts or suggest addition/charges to existing ones.
- Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
- Breed productive clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals.
- Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their profiles.
- Monitor takaful claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Source, recruit & develop your own sales team members (for promotion to Assistant Unit Manager - Unit Manager - District Manager)
- Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and service
Requirement
- One or two years experience in sales or been exposed to the financial sector
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Training will be provide

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
