Position Summary

Take care of inbound and outbound of products, proper housekeeping, maximize space on each storage area and actively contribute to a smooth day to day operation in terms of procedural and documentation compliance in the warehouse and in accordance to Company standards and guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Warehouse Activities
- Management of all incoming and outgoing shipment, reporting, warehouse space utilization
- Stock Cycle Count/ Stock Take,
- Housekeeping in improving operational efficiency,
- Process Stock Movement (GR/Transfer/GI/ Goods Return, Claim To Vendor/ etc)
- Transfer Requirement and Order based on Sales Order for goods picking

2) Goods Delivery Activities
- Collaborate with Business Support Team and external parties
- Prepare reports and reconcile delivery expenses & Space Utilization.

3) EHS Roles & Responsibilities
- Compliance and Participation

Required qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor degree in related field
- Min. 2-3 years experiences in warehousing and SAP.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently.
- Team player with good discipline and work attitude
- Forklift driving license an added
- Able to work under pressure.
