**Dispatch**
- Dispatching and delivery of documents, packages, and other materials to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
- Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from clients, Supervisor or emergency personnel.
- Using telephones or text messages to contact employees or emergency personnel.
- Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment.
- Preparing daily work such as schedules.
- Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information.

**Pool Driver**
- Drive the company car or other vehicles for appointments, meetings, and training as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Familiarize with routes around KL and Selangor and other area and able to have good navigational skills.
- Drive and operate vehicles in a courteous manner.
- Always comply with road and traffic rules.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and monitor the servicing schedules.
- Keep updated with current road traffic and plan routes to avoid congested roads.
- Must be punctual on duty.
- Must not smoke while on duty.
- Keep a record of mileage and tolls incurred.

**Administrative**
- Assist in preparing documents as and when needed.
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying and filing etc. as and when needed.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

License/Certification:

- driving license B and D (required)
