The Plant Manager is responsible for developing a vision and leading plant-manufacturing operations and meeting all operational defined targets such as safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people. The incumbent should be able to influence and communicate well with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. and develops and implement system-wide strategic business plans for their manufacturing plant. Meanwhile, develop and fosters stronger site communities through partnerships with organizations internally and externally, prioritize site business and branding sustainable development.
- Lead, support, and provide strategic guidance to the operational organization, overseeing multiple departments and a team of 100+ employees
- Drive the professionalization of the internal structure, aiming to enhance preparedness for sustained growth in the coming years
- Collaborate closely with department managers to efficiently coordinate material and resource allocation
- Effectively manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors
- Develop a flexible but professional production unit that can quickly adapt based on actual market circumstances
- Actively help with developing and implementing the strategic growth goals of the company

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's or university business degree, preferably with a technical background
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a similar function, preferably in a _**Personal Care, Skincare and Food & Beverage**_ Manufacturing Industry
- An energetic leader committed to creating a comfortable working environment and delivering excellent results
- Proficient in both _**English, Malay, and Chinese**_ communication

Pay: RM25,000.00 - RM38,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
