**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers’ general inquiries.
- Ready to assist customer to solve their problem and issues on time.
- Liaise with service team and IT department.
- To closely follow up with customer complaints, ensuring customers satisfaction.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Possess minimum Diploma or above.
- Fresh graduate is welcomed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English in both written and spoken.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
