**JOB DESCRIPTION** The Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners is currently seeking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks. As a business-to-business Sales Executive (this is an inside sales position) who is committed to excellence, your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with top-level, decision-making executives, in order to provide them with the opportunity to attend a leading industry event. **RE**MUNERATION** Basic Salary + Unlimited Commission + Performance Bonus + Other Incentives **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** - As an IERP Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building a client base by contacting C-level, executive decision makers, in addition to cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with them. - In this role, your primary responsibility will be to articulately explain the complete benefits of attending our certifications, trainings and conferences. - In order to prepare you for this exciting career, you will take part in our training program, which will focus on product knowledge and effective sales skills and tools. *REQUIREMENTS - Excellent verbal communications skills. - Ability to identify qualified, prospective clients and develop loyal customer relationships via telephone. - Develop/build your own client base - utilizing proven sales techniques including: Internet research, prospecting, probing, lead generation, cold calling and closing. - Consistently being able to persuade the customer into a "positive" buying commitment decision - "closing" skills. - Able to clearly present the customer with the key benefits of attending the event, while also focusing on the customer's individual needs. - You are not intimidated by the challenge of contacting top, executive-level decision makers. - You should be self-motivated and commission driven. - Demonstrate drive, persistence and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Ability to function independently in a team environment. - Required language(s): English - At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position - 5 Full-Time position(s) available - Freelance/Work From Home/Internship position also available **Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance, Internship **Salary**: RM1,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Kota Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Sales: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) - Bahasa (preferred)
