Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Diagnosis and Repair:

- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs on cars, trucks, and SUVs.
- Address and resolve complex automotive problems efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that all repair and maintenance work meets industry standards and safety regulations.

Maintenance Services:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
- Complete scheduled services, including tune-ups and fluid replacements, to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle life.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work and report any emerging issues to customers.

Technical Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and specialized tools for accurate troubleshooting and repairs.
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance the overall team's capabilities.

Customer Service:

- Interact with customers professionally, providing explanations and advice on necessary repairs.
- Offer recommendations for preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Quality Control:

- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
- Test drive vehicles after repairs to verify proper functioning.
- Rectify any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Workshop Safety:

- Adhere to strict safety guidelines and protocols in the workshop to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as a car mechanic.
- Profound knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more.
- Relevant certifications and training in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive workshop environment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and safety.
- Able to speak and communicate in Chinese
- **Must be willing to assign at Singapore office**
