**Responsibilities**
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Achieve business and recruitment targets through lead generation, proposals, and successful deal closures.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding to ensure successful placements.
- Conduct market research to track hiring trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in business development and recruitment (agency/consulting preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/recruitment targets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results within deadlines.
Pay: RM2,462.84 - RM4,500.00 per month
