**Responsibilities for Account Executive**
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Preparation to trial balance stage of Statement of Income and Expenditure and Financial Position.
- Assist in the preparation of Management Report as required.
- Distribute relevant reports to staff and Governance.
- Administer the accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records.
- Check to ensure online bank account numbers of suppliers are set up accurately and all payments are properly authorised.
- Assist with pursuing overdue suppliers.
- Prepare monthly GST returns and submit to IRD.
- Manage/monitor GST refunds/payments.
- Process staff expense claims.
- Ensure the claims are properly authorised
- Maintain Petty Cash records

**Qualifications for Account Executive**
- Proven experience as an Account Executive
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of Quickbook is a plus
- Organizational and time-management skills

**Educational Qualification Required**:

- B.Com/M.Com
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 Years
- Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices, standards and laws & regulations
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Office and accounting software & databases
- Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating huge volume of data
