1. Curriculum Delivery:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the school’s curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning through play and exploration.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

2. Classroom Management:

- Establish and maintain a safe, orderly, and engaging classroom environment.
- Encourage positive behavior and implement effective classroom management strategies.
- Address and manage any behavioral issues promptly and appropriately.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:

- Monitor and assess students' progress through observations, reports, and informal assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of students' achievements and challenges.

4. Communication:

- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school meetings as required.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.

5. Additional Duties:

- Participate in school events and activities as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week
