Descriptions of job duties: - Melaka based machine vision service technician. - Troubleshooting, providing a technical solution and analysing on-site machine issues raised by customers. - Install and set up equipment & retrofit kit at the customer site, including but not limited to the vision system, and interfacing with other sub-systems. - Perform acceptance of protocol/ buyoff with customer upon installation and setup. - Provide equipment operation & basic maintenance training to customers. - Report on activity, special problems or technical shortcomings immediately that may affect the smooth operation of the job performed on customer site. Update all technical reports accordingly.
