**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, especially within Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely deliveries, and cost-effectiveness.
- **Procurement Process**:

- Handle the end-to-end purchasing process, including sourcing, obtaining quotations, and placing orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Translate and interpret documents as needed to facilitate transactions.
- **Negotiation**:

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure stock levels meet company requirements.
- Monitor and forecast inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, new suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay updated on market conditions, including exchange rates and material availability.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, supplier information, and cost analyses.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Mandarin** (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics is an advantage.

**Education**:

- SPM/Diploma/Certificate with experiences related
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
