IT Infra Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, printers).
- Support the configuration and management of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Monitor and respond to basic IT service desk tickets and user support requests.
- Help with software installations, updates, and license tracking.
- Participate in IT asset management, including inventory and documentation.
- Assist in backup and recovery tasks under supervision.
- Document processes, common issues, and resolutions for the knowledge base.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Infrastructure team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Familiar with common IT tools (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365, antivirus, remote desktop).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
