Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze monthly sales productivity, product participation, wealth penetration, and portfolio growth to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation of necessary changes.- Help the sales leaders in providing data, feedback and development tools to ensure optimal performance and productivity.- To ensure pipeline and sales tracking is updated.- Analyze portfolio management framework to increase product holdings.- Develop slides for weekly sales meeting.
Job Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen- Preferably undergraduate/ graduate in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science or relevant field.- Possess CGPA / GPA score of 3.0 and above, or equivalent.- Able to commit to entire duration of program (minimum of 12 weeks);- Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to overcome challenges through degree or extra-curricular activities.- Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work cohesively in a project or team environment.- Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry.
