Junior Barista

**Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**: Assist in the smooth operation of the bar counter with guidance from senior staff.
- **Beverage Preparation**: Prepare a range of beverages, including coffee, tea, juice, and smoothies, following established recipes and quality standards.
- **Order Management**: Process customer orders accurately, with a keen attention to details like coffee blend preferences, dairy and sugar ratios, and specific requests for other beverages to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- **Cleanliness**: Keep the bar area clean and organized, maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any issues to senior staff.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
- **Customer Feedback**: Relay customer feedback to senior staff and provide input on new menu items.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous work experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- **Basic Barista Skills**: Familiarity with basic barista skills and techniques.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our business.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members.
- **Team Player**: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude, contributing positively to a dynamic team environment.
- **Health and Safety Knowledge**: Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and best practices.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
