What you'll do:

- Lead the Talent Acquisition Team. Partner with the team in recruitment best practice and provide relevant guidance and coaching on recruitment matters.
- To fulfil the position of confirmation annual work force budget
- To execute the organizational plan, design and work force planning including strategy implementation by the Management
- Control each Department work force based on current company establishment and Business Development requirement
- Fulfill department manpower demand using various kind of recruitment channels.
- Strengthen DL Recruitment channels through Direct Hire, Local Agency Company (for Local and Foreign DL), Foreign Agency Company for DL Foreign hiring
- Organized and attend external job fair organized by government and private agencies
- Agencies management by monitoring daily absenteeism and turnover rate for weekly and monthly agencies review meeting
- Any ad-hoc assignment assigned by the Immediate Superior

What do you need to have to succeed in this role:

- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Computer Literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
- Team Leader and able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
- Able to start work immediately is a plus
- Able to work and travel at 2 plant sites when needed
- Working experience in the Manufacturing or Electrical/ Electronics industry is an added advantage

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
