Job Description**
RESPONSIBILITIES**

**BROAD FUNCTIONS**:

- Execute to meet department goals and objectives
- Plan and purchase the material to support the production build.
- System Improvement and work simplification

**Regular**:

- Plan and purchase PM and NPM targets, Lube according to production build plan
- Manage and achieve inventory level per the guideline and mitigate when demand fluctuation
- Participate on cost reduction and dual source strategies meeting with cross function team
- Manage force pull transaction for the consigned inventory per contract term
- Enhance and simplify manual planning template in Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor and track on spent targets return on time
- Ensure inventory level is maintained per guidance and minimize the exposure when product EOL
- Work closely with cross function department to meet the department goal
- Generate the relevant report to support the part planning
- Provide the monthly demand forecast to GCM and suppliers
- Support half yearly supplier performance review on related KPI
- Support IMS & BCMS related activities
- Support on system enhancement on planning and procurement related activities
- Ad hoc project as assigned

Qualifications**
Educational, Certification & Licenses Required**:

- Degree in Business Administration / Economic/ Finance / Management / Marketing or other relevant field

Additional Information**
Skill Required**:

- Computer literate, strong in Microsoft Excel
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Possess good analytical and logical thinking
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

**Experience**:

- Min 5 years working experience
- Knowledge on Oracle system
- Working experience in Procurement & Planning related
