Role: Test Operation Manager

The role will be reporting to the General Manager and will be managing the 4 departments from the company, mainly planning, test equipment, customer service and production for testing of semiconductor chips.

Job description:
1. Strong hands on exposure in the semiconductor final testing process, and will need to work together with the other departments for any related issues.

2. Ensure alignment with product requirements, test equipment capabilities, methodologies, and quality standards.

3. Having a detailed understanding of the planning process for production of test operations.

4. Managing the tester and test handler machines department with a department manager, troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the test/test handler machines and testing process in a timely manner to avoid production downtime.

5. Liaise with the customer for any production updates.

6. Managing workers from different departments.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or diploma in a related field is required.

2. At least 8-10 years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

3. Detailed understanding of the planning process, hands on experience in planning is a plus.

4. Detailed understanding on the tester and test handling machine process, with strong attention to detail and troubleshooting any issues in a timely manner.

5. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and make data-driven decisions.

7. Good communication skills for liasing with the customer and different departments.

8. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines as required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM20,000.00 - RM24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Semiconductor Backend/Testing: 8 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
